This app-specific policy supplements the Dynamic Pace AB Privacy Policy for Color Analysis - Chroma.

Information Used by This App

Chroma processes photos and related requests when you choose color analysis, clothing comparison, or makeup comparison features. It may also process app activity, diagnostics, purchase status, support messages, and information you choose to provide.

Photos and Analysis

Chroma requests camera or photo-library access only when needed for a feature you choose. You can change these permissions in iOS Settings. Chroma's current US App Store privacy label states that usage data may be used for tracking and that purchase history and product interaction data may be collected for analytics without being linked to identity.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Chroma account from the app or through our web account deletion page. Account deletion removes your Chroma sign-in identity, associated cloud data, related referral and usage records, and the RevenueCat customer profile tied to your account. Subscriptions billed by Apple or Google Play must be cancelled separately.
