Delete Post Studio data

Remove your Post Studio workspace information or contact Dynamic Pace AB for help with a deletion request.

Self-service deletion

1. Finish active uploads and generation, and close other Post Studio tabs.
2. Open Post Studio and disconnect each provider in Accounts if you also want its authorization revoked.
3. Open Settings → Data and privacy.
4. Choose Delete workspace data, type DELETE, and confirm.

What this removes

The request removes the workspace records and uploads stored when it runs, including product and account records, campaigns, posts, board content, encrypted provider credentials, authorization state, publishing settings, and delivery history. It clears the OpenAI key in that browser too. Work completed later by another open session is new data.

What remains separate

Published posts must be deleted on TikTok or the other destination platform. Your ChatGPT account is separate. Disconnecting and deleting a workspace do not delete your social-platform accounts.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@dynamicpaceapp.com with the subject “Post Studio data deletion” and identify the account you used. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may need to verify account ownership before acting and will explain any information that must be retained by law.
