How Dynamic Pace AB processes Post Studio workspace data, connected social accounts, and content.

Information we process and why
We process your ChatGPT user identifier, name, and email to identify your workspace. Product records, campaigns, captions, reference notes, uploaded media, publishing settings, delivery history, and available performance information support the features you use. Hosting and authentication providers also process technical request information to deliver and secure the service.
TikTok and other connected accounts
When you authorize a connection, we process your provider account identifier, display information, granted permissions, connection status, and access and refresh tokens. Tokens are encrypted in storage and allow authorized requests without storing your TikTok password. TikTok permissions cover basic profile information, posting content, and listing your public videos. We use available video information and metrics for the connected account’s performance view. We do not sell TikTok data or use it for advertising profiles.
Content and AI services
Manual generation can use an OpenAI key stored in your browser. When you request generation, the relevant prompt, brief, references, and media are sent to OpenAI. Enabled recurring generation can use server-side credentials and saved campaign instructions. Do not include information in prompts or media that you are not permitted to share.
Who receives information
OpenAI provides sign-in and requested AI processing; Cloudflare provides hosting, database, and file storage. TikTok and other connected platforms receive authorization requests and the content and settings needed for authorized publishing. Publishing can make content available to the audience you choose. Time-limited media links allow a publishing provider to fetch selected files. Providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Legal bases and international processing
We process information necessary to provide the service you request, pursue our legitimate interests in security and support, and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it. Our providers may process information outside Sweden and the EEA; applicable data-protection requirements and provider transfer safeguards apply.
Storage and deletion
Workspace records remain until removed through the service or a deletion request. Disconnecting removes locally stored connection credentials and attempts to revoke provider authorization. It does not delete drafts, delivery history, or already published posts. Use Settings → Data and privacy → Delete workspace data to remove stored workspace records and uploads. Close other sessions and finish active work first. Separate provider records and legally required records may follow different retention obligations.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where applicable by contacting us. You can also complain to Sweden’s privacy authority, IMY. See the data-deletion page for self-service steps. Revoking authorization does not undo processing already performed or remove published content from TikTok.
Children and updates
Post Studio is intended for adult creators and business users, not children. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
