Post Studio terms of service

Terms for using Post Studio to plan, generate, review, and publish social content.

Effective 6 September 2026.

Using the service

These terms apply between you and Dynamic Pace AB when you use Post Studio. Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement and are authorized to act for the accounts and organization you represent. Keep your sign-in and connected accounts secure.

Your content

You retain your rights to your content and authorize us and our service providers to process it as needed to provide the features you request. You are responsible for necessary copyright, music, image, privacy, and publicity permissions. Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, impersonation, or unauthorized access.

Generation and publishing

AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review text, media, account selection, visibility, commercial disclosures, and timing before authorizing a post. Only connect accounts you are permitted to manage. Follow the terms and policies of TikTok and any other connected platform, including applicable music and branded-content rules.

Preview and external services

Post Studio is currently a private preview. Access, features, and provider integrations may change or be unavailable. TikTok approval is not guaranteed. Scheduling depends on network and provider availability; delivery may be delayed, rejected, or uncertain. Check the destination before retrying an uncertain post and keep copies of important work.

Ending use

You can stop using the service, disconnect providers, and delete workspace data. We may restrict access to protect the service or address misuse or legal requirements. Ending access does not delete content already published on other platforms.

Responsibility and applicable law

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or specific marketing results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Swedish law applies, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights available where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be identified with a revised effective date.
